During the school year, the Derby, USD 260 Board of Education presents the I Make A Difference

Award to a selected number of staff members and school volunteers. This award recognizes

persons for (1) outstanding and/or lengthy service to students and school district, or (2) outstanding

service to the community, reflecting credit upon the school district. Students, parents, staff

members, volunteers and school patrons are encouraged to make nominations. To do so, please fill

out this form and send it to Community and Student Services (see address at bottom of form).

Nominations may be submitted at any time. Nominations which are not selected for a particular

month, will be held over for consideration during the following months.
